ABOUT SOCIAL MENTORSHIP
Social change of social innovation arising from the need for guidance and counseling for easier entry and exit of work, especially to those who are farthest from it, focusing on their ownership and potential. to hard-working people to recognize a strong page, to be seen encouraged to engage in labor support, but, crucially - to stay there.
When designing programs with the intention of employing people who face difficulties in integrating work into labor, we have a "tendency to jump into solutions." At the same time, due to the urgency of the need for employment, we often skip the most likely warnings for the created employments to be maintained. Thus, we examined the capacities of the long-term unemployed, recognized the real needs, the actual situation in which they operate, which implies the absence of sociologically and work cultivated habits and issues, and each extremely complex contexts in those who are.
Thus, with a realistic view based on employment programs and results, we can show "figures" in employment, but at the same time we testify to insufficient openness of management in companies for the real situation of new employees, insufficient publicity for the obligations and the role in the integrative work process of desire and as a consequence - we witness extremely deviant conditions in which the work cycle takes place, are abused and finally, poor retention, requires resignation from employment, whether initiated by the employer or the increased.
Social change as a methodology rooted in the causes and the actual situation on the ground, successful in building tools and methods that are not based on extensions. Its openness to speed has changed the approach and format of the tools to enable the dynamism set by that on the ground.
The skeleton of the methodology is set in the Republic of Northern Macedonia, but through partnership with GIZ it is constantly supplemented with local contexts and needs of various marginalized groups from the countries of the presidency.
The educational program for social gearbox / gearbox for job integration aims to activate the personal and professional power of professionals working with marginalized people to know and utilize essential dynamics in eco-data for employment in the environment and to single out the most appropriate path for the mentored person, using the offered tools, experiences and resources that social change as a methodology has enabled.
In short, this methodology aims to complement the personal capacity of professionals to lead transformative change in the local community.
The social mentoring educational program also builds a community of social mentors from other regions and cities, a garden that is aware of the real needs of the field and that can suggest an approach that leads to sustainable solutions.

Syllabus
ORIENTATION MODULE
In the module for introducing the principles of Social Mentoring we inform you about the basic elements of the methodology - Social Mentoring, the progress in recognizing the new profession - Social Mentoring and the contexts it brings in the ecosystem for employment of hard-working people and others potential contexts.
In this module you will get acquainted with the wider picture of the possible social change in this area and your role in it.
Finally, this module brings clarity on how the educational process technically works through the other 5 modules, what are the formats through which we carry the materials and what are your responsibilities throughout the program.
This is also a place to share any dilemmas you may have regarding the program and your future professional orientation within it as well as a place to initially share ideas and individual and group needs and preferences.
